Getting there

From US Highway 2 in Hungry Horse, follow the signs for Hungry Horse Dam south onto Hungry Horse Dam Road. The visitor center at the north end of the dam is about 4.5 miles in; this launch sits on the South Fork below the dam, on the way there.
